Antico is our spelt bread mix from Fornello Van de Molen - ancient grain, full of character. Wholegrain spelt flour, artisan-milled by a Dutch miller and tuned for baking in your Fornello bread maker.
Preparation: 250 g water in the pan, 400 g mix on top, 5 g yeast in a well. Program 5 (Wholegrain), 750 g, Medium, start.
Ingredients: Wholegrain SPELT flour, SPELT flour, WHEAT gluten, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, SOY flour, sugar, baker’s salt, BARLEY malt, ascorbic acid (E300).
