Solare is our fruit bread mix from Fornello Van de Molen - a base mix you add your own filling to, to taste. Artisan-tuned for baking in your Fornello bread maker.
Preparation: 245 g water in the pan, 400 g mix on top, 5 g yeast in a well. Program 2 (Sweet Bread), 750 g, Light, start. At the beep: add up to 400 g filling (fruit, currants, nuts of your choice).
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, WHEAT gluten, dextrose, MILK powder, vegetable fat, baker’s salt, emulsifier (E482, E471, E472e), bean flour, acidity regulator (E500), turmeric, flavoring, calcium carbonate, spices, enzymes, flour treatment agent (E300, E920).
