The original Fornello baking pan with ceramic inner coating, including kneading hook. The silicon-dioxide ceramic coating is completely free of PFAS, PTFE and PFOA. In April 2026 Intertek tested the coating for 679 PFAS substances and found none of them. The pan is also tested against the European REACH and RoHS standards. So you bake every loaf in a healthy, safe baking environment.
