Safe materials
The ceramic baking pan is free of PFAS, PTFE and BPA. That is not an assumption: in April 2026 Intertek tested the coating for 679 PFAS substances and found none of them. The ceramic non-stick coating ensures natural release and easy cleaning, and meets European food-safety standards (EU 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011). The nut and raisin dispenser never touches the dough, so it is safe to use.
